When it comes to baby showers, everyone looks forward to the delightful and thoughtful favors they get to take home. One of the most charming attendee gifts you can offer is a beautiful candle. Here are four elements that make this candle an adorable keepsake:

The vessel of the candle is the first thing that catches the eye. For this baby shower, we chose an iridescent glass jar. The pastel hues give it movement and interest. The scent of the candle plays a significant role in its appeal. We opted for a soothing and soft fragrance – white tea. This combination evokes a sense of calm and coziness, perfect for creating sweet memories. The subtle aroma is gentle enough to fill any space without being overpowering, making it ideal for a baby shower setting.
3. Wax Color: Soft and Serene
The wax color adds to the overall aesthetic of the candle. We chose a medium tone, baby pink shade that not only aligns with the baby shower theme but also adds a gentle pop of color to the room. 4. Lid Decor: Finishing Touches
The lid decor is the cherry on top. We adorned the lids with “miniatures” (1:12 scale) that are typically used in doll houses. The miniatures brought in the theme of the shower – “books, bows and baby clothes”. The books and children’s book cover (a download) were sourced through Etsy. And, the purses were sourced through Temu and came in an assortment of colors. (I hand painted the red and black purses to pastel colors.) Each miniature was adhered with hot glue and a gold ribbon was added to every candle. The printed label is also from Etsy but could be made with a Cricut as well. This thoughtful detail transforms a simple candle into a cherished keepsake that attendees will love to display and use.
