Classic black and white design is timeless and always a great option for a bathroom renovation. On this project, my daughter made all the design selections. Check out the “before”picture of her townhouse, master bath!
VANITY
Double bowl vanities are a great feature in any master bath, if space permits. Each master bath renovation we’ve done in this sub-division, was plumbed for a second sink, and this one was no exception. This bathroom is long and allowed for a 72 inch vanity with 2 sinks and tons of storage. My daughter selected a classic white vanity with black and white granite.
These black and silver faucets look awesome with the other black and white features in the bathroom.
TILE
All the tile is from Floor & Decor and the same tile choices as in the second bath. This floor tile is Dimarni Bianco Stone Look porcelain tile from Floor and Decor. This tile was an affordable choice at $1.99 per square foot. We used a medium grey grout to compliment the grey tones showing up in the tile pattern.
Next up was the shower, tiled with Mailica Wall tile from Floor and Decor at $.85 /piece . Kelly choose a 4 x 10 tile for a more updated subway tile look and we hoped it wouldn’t take as long to lay the tile! It felt like it took forever despite of the larger size.
LIGHTING
These light fixtures have a beautiful mixture of polished chrome, black and just enough sparkle!
MIRRORS
Kelly opted for individual mirrors over each sink. These look great with the wall color, vanity and lighting!
PAINT
The wall color is a color match using Sherwin Williams paint and a Benjamin Moore color – Deep Space. This color is also on the feature wall in the master bedroom.
Such a great transformation!
