Dollhouse Bedroom

Dollhouse Bedroom

It is said that great design is in the details. And, this cozy bedroom has tons of details! Let’s do a recap of the some of the features!

Furniture

The bed is a local, vintage store find. The desk and chest are Dollar Tree finds and stain/painted. Such great “miniature” finds for decorating on a budget. The chest is also from the Dollar Tree, found in the “craft” area. These are gift boxes. The desk chair is part of the dining set purchased at Hobby Lobby.

Wall Decor

The ”Lea” pendent is made from ribbon and felt. Simple! The two prints over the desk are images snagged from Etsy, shrunken to scale. The frame is vinyl cut to size from Cricut. The panels above the bed are pieces from craft lanterns purchased at the Dollar Tree.

Blinds and Lighting

The blinds are made some a table runner I used for door panels in a furniture project. These were cut to size and stitched in the place. The header is made from a craft stick. The blinds were adhered with E6000.

The flush mount light was inspired by Ballard design. The white center is from the lantern I mentioned above from the Dollar Tree. I used craft sticks to create the ”sunburst”. The desk lamp is made from a button (base), three beads and a cosmetic lid.

Just love how cozy everything turned out!
