I don’t know about you, but I like a longer short with pockets. And, depending on the workout, I like a liner in the short as well. It has become harder to find those features in woman’s shorts. The two shorts above are men’s, but have the features that I mentioned and look quite uni-sex! I wear them all the time and super affordable!
socks and shoes
I have always paid special attention to the athletic shoes I purchase. I have put a lot of miles on my feet and frequently get sore if not wearing proper athletic shoes. These Hoka are highly recommended by my daughter, Kelly and several others. These come in many colors! The socks provide great comfort and compression.
headphone & fanny pack
I love these headphones! They sit nicely on top of the ear – no worry about them falling out. And, you can still hear what is happening around you. Great sound quality too!
My iPhone is heavy and running/walking with it in my pocket is too heavy! This fanny packet offers a more secure option for carrying your phone or whatever other small items you need to carry.
sunglasses
These glasses are an investment, but wonderful for the active individual. The glasses are super light weight and stay put. Great for walking, running, pickle ball – anything active or even for driving! I have worn these for years!
pickleball paddles
I have been playing pickle ball more in this last year. These paddles are super cute and fun. And, great quality!
bike computer stand
What is a post without a DIY item?I don’t have a Peloton, but I have a Peloton app and bike 4-5 times a week. This bike computer stand works great for holding my iPad or computer for accessing the Peloton app or even watching a movie while biking! Super functional.
