This wedding shower favor was a big hit this weekend! Candles can be a crowd pleaser especially with a decorative container and a scent selected by the couple.

I found these antique sherbet dishes at an antique store. Fortunately, there was an ample supply and I was able to get a discount!! The dishes were originally $6 each and I purchased them for $3. We made a sample candle to ensure the glass would withstand heat.

My son and future daughter-in-law selected a scent that was a favorite to my mom so it offered a special meaning. My son is the pro at candle making and we helped out with assembly!

The tags were a learning process for me. I am a new Cricut user so I watched a bunch of YouTube videos to learn the best approach to making tags. In the end, the easiest solution was a ”print then cut” process. The tags are in keeping with the invitations and shower signs.

The dishes added a lovely pop to the tablescape! And, soo fragrant!
