This little dollhouse was on the garage floor and begging for a reno! ($35) This would fall into the category of “an unexpected find”! Below are the “before” and “after”. I have several blogposts on the dollhouse reno. Links are below.

Oak Table & Chairs
This table and chairs had a lot of charm but needed a lot of love! (Free) I stripped and re-stained them and covered the seats! These turned out really pretty. Lots of elbow grease was needed! A bunch more photos in this blogpost.
Spice Rack into essential oil shelves
I had a small wall space in my kitchen and needed a little rack for my essential oils. I also wanted to try my hand at painting MacKenzie Childs Courtly Check! Here is the blogpost!
Holiday Rolling Pin
These rolling pins were also an estate sale find. And, we got them for a steal! I have one of these hanging with some frames holiday puzzles. My sister has one hanging from her kitchen cabinet above the stove. I will say this was a lot of detailed painting and I just love how they turned out! A really special addition to my home decor and a great gift for the bakers in my life!
Master Closet Door
I was on a streak of updating several closets in my home. This door was on a TV cabinet and I was able to purchase just the doors on the last day of the estate sale. (I didn’t need the cabinet and it wouldn’t have fit in my car. ) This blogpost shows the build of the closet storage.
wall art
Framing art is expensive, so if I find art that I like, I will try to use the frame or purchase a standard frame and mat to update the art. Below are a couple of examples!
Twin Bed frames Turned Daybed
I bartered some refinishing services for a few pieces of furniture! This twin bed was one of those pieces! In this blogpost, I shared how I transformed the bedf rame!
crock turned planter
These vintage crocks can be pricey. This one is a good size – but, don’t remember how much I spent for it. I made for a great planter!
science lab table
This was one of my favorite estate sale flip projects! I purchased a table for $3. Don’t forget you can use the materials to create something amazing! Check out this blogpost!
TV Tray Refresh
Estate sales are usually a great source to purchase TV trays. I can usually find them for ~$5 each. There are so many possibilities to do a glow up on these. In one instance, I fashioned the TV tray into a Lego building table. And, another instance, the tables were embellished to used for its original purpose!
Happy shopping!
